Paradise

When I find myself staring,
My mind goes on amazing journeys,
Whisping winds and cracks in the ground...

I see all the things that I have done,
I see all things that i wish i could change,
My hearts begins to weep and my eyes burn...

I start to feel the darkness crawl slowly up
Encasing all my worry and fear tight around me,
I call out into the darkness around my body...

"Where are you?! I need you! I love you!"
Then i see him, his back to me, his head slowly turning,
His beuatiful brown eyes staring straight into my bleeding heart...

"I love..." He stops, shifting his gaze to the ground, "I love you too."

In that moment I am freed and feel once again strong enough
To press on a little longer.
I look at him now walking into the bright light in front of him,

"Paradise"
